Dotty

Dotty is a reserved, sweet, and affectionate three-month-old Rough Collie puppy who loves cuddles, belly rubs, fetch, and staying close to her people. She is smart, curious, and eager to learn; she settles wonderfully in her crate and is making great progress with house training. She is looking for a loving home ready to guide her through puppyhood.

While Dotty is a bit shy at first and unsure about new experiences, she gains confidence when you are by her side showing her it’s OK. She brings a calm, gentle nature alongside normal puppy enthusiasm. She enjoys exploring whatever her family is doing, carrying stuffed toys, playing fetch, and having the occasional zoomies. Dotty is friendly with cats and other dogs, though because she is still learning appropriate play and puppy bites, interactions with children should be supervised.

Dotty already sits for meals and treats, learns quickly, and responds well when redirected from playful mouthing. She rides well in the car, is fine with grooming, and rests comfortably in her crate.

Her ideal home is with a family that has a secure fenced yard and someone who can provide patient guidance, companionship, and positive training to help her step out of her shell. Could that be you?
