Nikki Sable and White Rough Female 2 years Adopted!

What a little bundle of energy our Nikki is! A delightful 2 year-old sable & white female, Nikki likes to go, go, go and will be a wonderful companion for an active home. She seems to yearn for wide open spaces, so a home with a fenced yard is definitely high on the wish list! Second on her list would be a home with a youngish fur friend for romping, running and relaxing with. Nikki loves to play, and is constantly asking the resident male collie in her home for a game of tug or a chase around the living room. Nikki would not be a good fit for an apartment or a condo - she needs room to stretch those long collie legs!

Energy is good, but so is learning control, and Nikki will need some help with this. She is learning her basics -sitting, walking nicely on a leash, and going outside to potty, but she will benefit greatly from formal training, and we'd like her forever family to commit to this. Nikki is probably too rambunctious right now for families with young children, but should be fine with older kids who understand they are part of her teaching team. Homes with small, fast moving animals like cats & bunnies are best not in Nikki's future - she has a very high prey drive.

Nikki may be in the middle of her 'terrible two's ' right now, but will respond well to a firm, loving family who can help her grow into the beautiful collie she will become.
