K'Liss Tricolor Rough Female 9 years Adopted!

K'Liss was purchased as a young puppy and lived her life with a family at first, and later as the children grew and started their own families lived with the father alone. In true collie fashion she remained at his side, loyal, loving and attentive. Sadly, the father passed away, and the only available home to K'Liss had a flight of very steep stairs that our girl just couldn't manage. It was a very difficult decision for the family to give K'Liss up, but they wanted to repay this faithful and loving girl by providing her with a home that she could navigate and enjoy.

You might think that K'Liss is pining for her lost owner, but if you look into her wise brown eyes, you can see that she carries the love and devotion within her, and you get the feeling she is honoring her lost owner by offering that love to a new family. She knows that love given is love received.

K'Liss is a beautiful tri-colored collie and at 9 years of age is perfect for any family who wants a dog who will fit right in. She is a happy girl, who will sit near you quietly, sharing life, or who is just as willing to take a walk around the lake. No need to worry if the children, or grandchildren come over - this generous girl offers a wagging tail to everyone she meets.

K'Liss walks nicely on her leash, is good about hopping in a car, and enjoys the ride! She is good with other dogs and is even gentle with cats.
