Priscilla Sable and White Rough Female 8 years Adopted!

The "King of Rock & Roll" loved his Priscilla, and now Collie Rescue has a Priscilla who is sure to steal your heart!

She doesn't have a beehive hairdo, but our Priscilla is simply gorgeous. Her coat is a soft, butterscotch sable with just the faintest hint of chocolate. She has a white ruff and dainty white feet and eyes like two sweet raisins - in short, she is a collie confection!

Priscilla is a grown up lady at 8 years of age, and is in love with being in love! Priscilla is always nearby, and isn't shy about telling you that you are missing an opportunity to pay attention to her! She'll remind you by dancing around, and barking if you don't take the hint. Once you give in (and you will!) she will curve and dance, nibble and wag - so happy that you saw it her way. She is a happy Velcro collie who will spend her day beside you, wearing an expression like you just told the best joke she ever heard.

She knows how to sit on command, and offers her paw every time - but doesn't really seem to want a treat for doing it. She rides nicely in the car and walks prettily on her leash. She was interested in the kittens she met at the vet, and did fine with the other dogs at the groomer, so she should be good with other pets in your family - but she can also be an only - as long as she has you!

Now, just to keep her from being absolutely perfect, Priscilla has a little issue with storms, and will hide in the bathtub when the thunder starts. We didn't want to tell her that this is usually where you hide from tornados - not thunderstorms - because we certainly don't want to make her feel silly - but her forever family will need to be patient with this little quirk. Calming tablets or drops, available at any pet supply store, seem to help quite a bit - as do cuddles!

You don't have to be Elvis to ask for Priscilla's hand, and the only 'stars' that will be 'dancing' will be the ones in your eyes when you see this pretty little thing - blue suede shoes are optional!
