Sheila Sable and White Rough Female 2 years Adopted!

Sheila came to us from a shelter in Missouri. She was a victim of neglect and seized by authorities. Her coat was severely matted, she was covered in filth and she had given birth to a litter of puppies. Due to the horrible conditions she was living in all of her puppies died. Sheila's coat had to be shaved and she also tested positive for heart-worm disease. She has a severe case of heart-worms and is currently undergoing treatment. If all goes well she should be available for adoption in January.

After everything she has been through she continues to be an incredibly sweet girl. She is very affectionate, friendly and loves everyone she meets. Sheila enjoys all the attention she can get and will curl up next to anyone who is willing to give her a tummy rub. She is crate trained and goes into her crate without any fuss. Sheila does have a tendency to jump so a home without small children would be best.

She has a little learning to do and will need to be taught some house manners. Obedience class is recommended to help her gain confidence and become a good canine citizen. She is such a sweetheart and so eager to please she should be relatively easy to train. Sheila got a rough start in life. She now needs a special home with someone who will show her the kindness she deserves. With a little work and lots of love she will reward you with complete devotion. A securely fenced yard is preferred.
